Elite Epicurean Stuffed Potatoes /Greek
4 cups Mashed potatoes (Cooked and Cooled)Follow Directions On Box/Make them thick
3 cups Yellow corn meal
1-2 tsp Salt (or to taste)
1-2 tsp Pepper (or to taste)
2-3 cups Milk
1/2 cup Butter
4 Eggs
Diced ham and shredded Cheese (use as much as you like )
Measurements may vary by the number of people you will feed.
