Nigerian Breakfast Sandwich





6 eggs
1 can of spinach (drained well) or( 3/4 cup fresh spinach)
4 slices of bread or hoagie roll (toasted)
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup green onions
salt & pepper (to taste)
4 slices of bacon (optional)
2 slices of provolone cheese (optional)
