2tsp garlic powder
2tsp honey
3tbs soy sauce
1/2cup chili sauce or tabasco sauce
1tsp  ginger powder
1tsp cayenne pepper

Korean Stir Fry Ddukbokki



2lb chopped beef (your preference)
1 of pack rice cakes
1/2 cup soy sauce  ( low sodium)
3 tbs sesame oil
3 tsp minced garlic
 veggie oil

2 stalks celery chopped
1 medium onions chopped
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
3 slices bread, crusts removed
1/2 cup  parsley flakes
1/2 cup carrots shredded
1 tsp honey or Honey  Dijon mustard
2 tsp curry powder
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp ketchup
2 tso Worcestershire sauce
salt & black  pepper (to taste)
Sauce
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup ketchup
2 tbs honey
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 tlbs white wine vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar (I used light)
1 tlbs instant coffee

1 can of spinach (drained well) or( 3/4 cup fresh spinach)
4 slices of bread or hoagie roll (toasted)
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup green onions

4 slices of bacon (optional)
